By signing up to become an AI SYNC ACADEMY Affiliate of MASS A.I. GROUP s.r.o., you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

Purpose
The purpose is to provide individuals the opportunity to sell our AI SYNC ACADEMY program and enroll additional Affiliates, in exchange for commissions pursuant to the Referral Plan.

Requirements to Become an Affiliate
An applicant must be 18 years of age or older and submit a properly completed electronic Agreement.

Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement and Referral Plan in our sole discretion via email. Amendments are effective 30 days after notification by email.

Term and Termination
The term begins upon acceptance and may be terminated by either party with 30 days notice via email. Upon termination, all commissions/referral rights are forfeited. We may also terminate all agreements with 30 days notice if we cease operations, dissolve, or terminate affiliate distribution. Termination does not relieve liability for pre-termination breaches.

Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates are independent contractors responsible for applicable taxes. The agreement does not create an employer/employee relationship.

Promoting AI SYNC ACADEMY
Affiliates agree to only make claims consistent with our materials.

Income Disclaimer
Affiliates must follow our income disclaimer policy when discussing potential earnings.

Commission Payments

To accommodate the 7 day refund period, commissions will be paid out monthly on the 15th day of each month. This payment will include commissions earned from sales made during the previous calendar month.

The minimum commission payment will be $20. If you earned less than $20, your commission will roll over to the next monthly pay period until the $20 threshold is met.

Errors and Questions
Affiliates must notify us in writing within 30 days of any commission discrepancies.

Product Sales
The Referral Plan is based on bona fide sales to end consumers. Purchasing solely to qualify for commissions is prohibited.

Returned Product
For initial and all subsequent product purchases through the AI SYNC ACADEMY program, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as delivered and proof of reason for return may be required.

Commissions paid to the Affiliate on any returned sale will be deducted from future commission payments. While we aim to satisfy customers, we reserve the right to determine on a case by case basis if an exception to the refund policy is warranted.

By agreeing to this agreement, Affiliates acknowledge our refund policy and agree we may recover commissions as a result of any approved returns, even if outside the standard 7 day period.

Use of Sales Aids
Affiliates must only use company-approved materials and submit new materials for approval.

Proprietary Information
Affiliates have access to certain customer information but must maintain confidentiality both during and for 1 year after the agreement.

Non-Solicitation
For 1 year after terminating, Affiliates may not encourage customers/Affiliates to compete with us or solicit our database.

Constructive Criticism
We value constructive feedback but negative comments are a material breach.

Intellectual Property
Affiliates must use our IP as currently used and permitted.

Governing Law
LIBEN 180 00 PRAGUE 8 CZECH REPUBLIC law governs. Disputes are resolved per our Terms and Conditions.

Indemnification
Affiliates are responsible for authorized product claims. This Agreement survives cancellation.
